Multidimensional Focus – Aligning with the Spirit of the Season

Celebrate Christmas Eve with a 30-minute workout that brings joy, gratitude, and renewal. Align your Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual (P.I.E.S.) layers while embracing the festive spirit.


Warm-Up (5 Minutes)

• Brisk walk or light jog.

• Focus on steady breathing: inhale peace, exhale stress.

• Reflect on one thing you’re grateful for this Christmas.

• Affirmation: “I welcome joy and alignment into my life.”


Main Set (20 Minutes)


First 10 Minutes: Joyful Intervals

• 1 minute fast running (70-80% effort) / 1 minute slow jog or walk.

• Focus on the rhythm of your steps and imagine spreading joy with each stride.

• Affirmation: “Each step carries me toward joy.”


Second 10 Minutes: Grateful Tempo

• Steady moderate pace (60-70% effort).

• Reflect on moments of gratitude and run with a heart full of thankfulness.
